"Cage has been instrumental in several initiatives here at Stratolaunch, including, but in no way limited to driving the company toward our goal of establishing government compliant accounting systems. This is a necessary component to enable the pursuit of Federal/DoD contracts. To that end, Cage took the initiative to become the corporate expert in fixed asset accounting and assumed a leadership role in the implementation of our fixed asset module in the DELTEK Costpoint suite of applications. In that role, Cage designed a Fixed Assets processing document to identify key processes and procedures for the property accounting role within Costpoint. Cage also took the lead in bringing order to the company’s legacy fixed asset tracking system. This involved months of researching a combination of incomplete and inaccurate records, including hard copies of invoices as well as separate excel spreadsheets for each of our business areas. Cage has also been instrumental in preparing the required data for property tax returns in 3 individual taxation entities. Each of these entities employs a unique set of requirements. Cage was able to interpret those requirements and incorporate them into our accounting systems. Cage continues to demonstrate exceptional focus on problem-solving and attention to detail. His is able to communicate effectively across the organization up to and including executive management. In all of our interactions, Cage has demonstrated a high degree of personal responsibility for his actions and an ethical foundation that is beyond reproach."
